OS bug, driver reporting bug, whatever. It is normal and everyone that has an AGP Nvidia card has it.

lol its actually your AGP slots capabilitie.
      EXAMPLE:
if you use an old Radeon card, they use AGP 4X/8X. the 4x/8x is the AA rates i think? So if you have a Radeon card (nvidia is nearly the same) go into the catalyst control center (ccc) or for NVidia its the CP. and you will see that you can choose the rates that your cards are clocked that.
If im wrong correct me please. kthx =)

Yes, your wrong. Your way off. It has nothing to do with the clock rates of the card itself.

The number means what the AGP rate is, or how fast the information is getting to the card and back to the CPU. Yours is set for 8x, which is the best, but for some reason, the OS is reading it wrong.

Like I said, that is normal,

Take your pick, driver bug or Windows bug, it doesn't matter it doesn't affect anything.
