Need new ram

My ValueSelect never realy worked well with my current Mobo, Asus32-SLI Delux

I just bought myself a new AMD X2 4400+ L2 2 x 1mb

So I need some memory that will work well with it and maybe work well if I OC.

So here are my options from Corsair(which are worth it? price, w/e)

definitly go for the 2 gigs i have the same ram and it works good for me(man when i got it was like 200 bux so expensive now). i also have 2x512's in my 2nd comp for a while now and never had a problem.
