    nVidia

    Hello All,

I probably should have asked this before I went out and bought something new but I tend to be impulsive. I had a nVidia GeForce 6600 256mb Video Card. I could play the game at 1024x768 with most settings on low with almost no problems. The issues I had were when playing online the game sometimes seemed to skip or fast forward and when others were firing their weapons, the scenery would turn black. Kinda Wierd. I figured it was the Video Card and Possibly my Power Supply so I went out and bought a new nVidia Geforce 7600 GS 512mb card and a new 350 watt power supply. I have not had a chance to play since installing them and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is a decent card for the game? I know GeForce4 was not supported so I'm kinda concerned and also it's a PCIe card, not AGP as required by the game. I am assuming that PCIe is okay to use as it is a step up from AGP but I'm not sure. Any and All Help will be Greatly Appreciated.

    Thank,

    Elliott

    Re: nVidia

Its a good, not great, card. Expect twice the performance of your 6600. You should be able to play everything on high at the resolution you listed. Although make sure you have at least 1GB of ram.

He would need atleast 2gb of RAM to run all high with that card. would you be able to post the rest of your specs. If you have PCI-E go for this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814143049
but that only if you have pci-e

Disagree about the RAM but nevermind. I have 1.5GB and run everything on high at 1280 x 1024 with a similar card.
