It's a decent board, but you can save $35 if you order from newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128017

And you can put the saved money to get some better memory. I would suggest at least PC2 5400.

And make sure you get PC2 memory, meaning 240-pin DDR2. PC 4200 is regular DDR, PC2 4200 is DDR2. That motherboard needs DDR2
