Not much. Be prepared to re-install Windows if you use it and it hoses your Windows install. Here's one persons experience with it,

i used it and it was pretty good...nothing bad here
just make sure to go into options and unticking some stuff like cosmetics b4 u warp speed cuz if u let gamexp tweak ur cosmetics, itll look like ur using windows 95Comment
