Re: Random Restarts
Have you checked your fans?
Checked anything that would create static?
-Many times I have found that if you accidentally touch your case with a key or something that has been in your pocket, it creates static electricity immediately shutting off my computer.
-Fans can also do this as well. Some fans can war down to the point they slightly come off their hinges and create some sore of static.
Hope that helps.

Re: Random Restarts
XP will reboot itself when it encounters a problem (not the nicest thing in the world), and you can disable it.
Right Click My Computer > Properties > Advanced Tab > Startup & Recovery Settings > Under System Failure Untick Automatically Restart,
I have mine like this as it can get annoying when XP reboots on every error and not giving you enough time to see what the problem is from the error logs,

Re: Random Restarts
Also, the simple stuff--check and see if your computer power cord is loose where it plugs into the PSU. Try replacing it with (for example) the one from your monitor. I had a situation where I ended up using a cheap cord that came with an external HD enclosure for my computer power cord--everytime the PC would move just a little--i.e., plugging in speakers, ethernet cable, etc.--the thing would reboot. Ended up frying my MOBO eventually.

Re: Random Restarts
No its not dirty. Ok i turned off the automatic restarts and now i was able to see the Error, i dont understand it, but i think it may have something to do with my vid card. While playing a game it went to a blue screen instead of restarting and it said this: Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBFA60073, 0xB8950B24, 0x00000000) and nv4_disp.dll
I dont know my Bios, but its a Biostar PT880Pro - A7 Combo motherboard
