Getting more RAM.

I currently have 1 gig of RAM in my system but I want to upgrade it to 2 gig.
I was wondering if anyone had links to anywhere that sold RAM for incredibly low prices in the form of 1 gig sticks, I only have 2 ram slots on my MOBO so I cant get four 512 MB sticks, I have to get two 1 gig sticks.
PC3200 is my ram type, I also plan on selling my current two 512 MB sticks on Ebay after I get 2 gig to compensate some of the money I spent, how much do you think I could get for the RAM I currently have?

i dont know of anyone cheaper who you can trust! good luck and make sure you match the chip settings as much as you can!! and you wont get much for your used memory on ebay.. i suggest finding a friend locally that needs an upgrade..

Newegg is extremely cheap, there prices i think are at Wholesale.
Plus they have a good comparing feature with OUTSTANDING customer service and support.

sometimes i just look through the catalogs from best buy that come every week in the newspaper to see if theyre on sale. sometimes they can be really cheap when thyre on sale

Get low latancy ram btw.

Is your MOBO a dual channel? If not, you might think about getting a gig now, and a gig later. That way, you are't plopping down $200 at once.

As for selling your RAM on Ebay, it depends on the type. If it's generic value ram, may $10-20. If it's premium stuff that people are looking for, maybe $35-$45.
