I have recently bought bf2 but can not play single player mod. I have no problems when playing online but when i load a map on single player it always crashes to desktop. I have all the updated patches, but still not sure why this happens.... any suggestions?

still does it... every since i hav first installed the game it has done this only for singleplayer though.. i go to single player choose the map and click start at the lower right hand corner but when i do that it crashes to desktop right away help plz

did u try a reinstall?
the only time i can remember when bf2 crashed from using singleplayer was when i tried to put maps from bf2 vanilla into the demo to see if that would work, but i got crashesComment

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Battlefield 2\LogoCache
delete the contents in those two pathsComment

I found em but that dont work.
I have SF forces installed and it dont work with it or without it so it cant just be a matter of reinstalling coz i have reinstalled many timesComment

Oh yay i tried reinstalling it and worked this time
Maybe it was coz i cleared cache but needed to restart comp
