hey all, i'm new here so pardon my ''noobness''.
it's been less than a month since i started playin bf2
and i decided to join totalbf2 to get some tips and advice. but recently, whenever i want to go to a server, there's a msg sayin my cd key was invalid. any one know what is goin on? and what is xfire?

hey, welcome and enjoy the stay
about the invalid CD Key just reinstall BF2, and Xfire is a program where you can talk to friends, see what servers they are playing on or join servers from the Xfire servers list, theres alot more but i cant be bothered telling lol

Hey LostSquirrel, welcome aboard!!! Hope the reinstall of BF2 help solve your problems with the CD key issue! You might want to wipe out the BF2 Folder that remembers your settings and info too (usually in the My Documents Folder), if a reinstall does not fix it.

Definitely download Xfire it is awesome. When you download it drop me a line and say hello! I mainly play SF maps right now but if your on, let me know I and I'll hop on a game or 2 with you.

reinstall the game and xfire is a game chatting system alot of people have it if you need any help add me to your xfire (if you get a account) its a easy way to get into your friends servers and chat with them in the server to.

you can get xfire at http://www.xfire.com/ its a easy dowload they have updates every so often.
