I was wondering whats a safe clock to be at? I dont want to push it till it blows up. Just want to squeeze a little performance out of it.

Seems to be stable enough. I read thru most of the 2nd link you provided. The temps are in the lower 30's to 40 degrees celcius. No sign of overheating or unstability.
