New sound card

Hi all, I wanna get a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 4 SE 7.1, OEM sound card, and I'me not sure if it will run on my comp.

I run a AMD Sempron 2600+
1.6 GHz and 2x512 Ram
GeFORCE 6600GT OC (AGP)
(Runs BF2 on High)

Will this sound card work?
