Both are crap. IF you had to pick one, the X1300 Pro. A 7300GT would be better than the stock 7300. Both are low end cards though, why are you asking between those two - budgetary reasons? Here are some older cards you could find second hand or at a closeout price:
X800, 6600GT, 6800GS, 7600GT, X600
If I were you, I wouldnt waste my money on the two cards you have listed.
