I use Sygate as a firewall, it was free but I believe that Sygate have removed it from their website. Google around for "Sygate Personal Firewall" and I'm sure you will find it.

As other have mentioned I use AVG Free for antivirus.

ZA is one of the best firewalls I have ever used also I believe AVG is S*** as I had it and had to buy mcafee for another computer I ran a scan and AVG hadnt picked up on nearly 30 viruses

Perhaps the Virus database hadn't been updated? AVG has never let me down thus far although I don't browse p*rn enough to pick up many viruses. Plus AVG doesn't have any form of pop-up feature that I hear my clan mates complain about every time they get killed :p

I use avast for antivirus, and for firewall i use the build in windows firewall. Been using the windows firewall since back in 03 and i have never have had a problem.

Right on eagle_18, I use the AVG control center and have never had any problems. And i do check out a few pron sites here and there and never get any probs.
