Cyberpowersystem.co.uk - any views?

Are their any UK members who have had any experience with Cyberpowersystem?

I'm in the process of shopping for a new rig, and their pricing is easily 15-20% better than any other quotes I've had for the spec I want, but I've seen a few negative comments about their build quality and support in the UK.

Also, there is a Cyberpowersystem.com in the US, and a quick google revealed dozens of complaints form US buyer about the same things. Does anybody know if this is the same organisation?

I'd be grateful for any views.

I am currently on a cyber system.I got it about 8 months ago.I have no regrets and would buy another from them.I had 1 of my cold cathode light go out bout a month ago.I submitted a email about it,a tech called me the next day.I had a new light 3 days later,no questions asked.
