Open the case and check the sticker attached to it or download EVEREST

Best way is to open it up and see what you have. With new video cards you should get at least 400 watts for your PSU or you might wanna go for 500. You also have to make sure that your rest of your system allows for the upgrade [PSU and video card]

As stated, download the program or open the case. If you are going to get a new videocard you will have no choice but to open it anyway. Are you unable to open it for some reason?

Open the side of the case, big white sticker. Easy peasy. Alternatively you could google.

ive tried both and on the sticker it doesnt really say it just had loads of numbers.

I really don't know what else you could do.
                1. Grab a screwdriver
                2. Remove the 2 screws on the left side of the case
                3. Look carefully for a sticked on a small box located in upper rear area of the case.

99% of PSU's have this sticker on them:

Yes , PSU must have sticker pointing out how many watts (W) it is. Also dont look new PSU by watts ( some of the users think only W is what counts but thats not right.) You have to look how many Ampers it gives you on a 12V+ rail.
