    beeping

    hi i trying to ressurect my old computer so i put in my old x850xt pe but the computer wont even start it says please connect power cord into video card and it keeps beeping even the it is plugged in? any suggestions?]

          Maybe the old comp's PSU isn't upto the task of powering the XTPE?

              Replace the Cmos battery if its been sat a while.
