GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 or ASUS P5NSLI 570 help

Down to one of my final decisions on new system.
I've been looking exclusively at the 965 and 975 chipsets.

Just today I noticed the ASUS P5NSLI with the nforce 570 chipset.
This board is perfect for my $120 mobo budget and I like the plus 2 peta/ide compared to the Giga GA 965p S3.

BUT I'd like a good chance at upgrading to a quad core down the road.
I think the giga board will have a good chance at supporting quad core but I'm very unsure about the asus and the nforce570 chipset.

Any opinions on these two boards..as indiviual boards or as compared to each other. Any thoughts on the 570 chipset and upgradability?

my only comment is that you currently have the exact same system i upgraded from, get ready for a big *** boost in gaming performance

I just ordered a Gigabyte 965 DQ6, the more powerful of the Intel boards. It would be fine for quad core I believe. In toms hardwares quadcore article, they use a Gigabyte DQ6 for testing the quad core they have, so it should be fine.
