Ok i have about £500 to spend on a new computer and i only need the Base Unit, would you advise me to buy this computer.

Its average. I don't live in the UK so I don't know what your components cost, but a rough conversion into my currency (NZD) makes me think its about 30% more than what you'd pay for components to build it yourself. And thats money you could use for a screen or better graphics card.

Obviously build yourself it's always cheaper, but if that is not an option.......

I don't see any information on it's total capacity for RAM.

See if it can support another 1 gig stick. It's a great upgrade when you have more money especially if your thinking of playing Bf2 with it.

The only thing listed is "Nvidia Nforce 4" as a description of the motherboard.

That could mean a lot of things.

Crap video card, the 7600's arnt meant 4 gaming.. Go 4 a 7900GS or Aboive.

LOL.

My old 7600 GT could run BF2 on max settings with 2x AA. The 7600 GT is an excellent video card, that is really cheap. The 7600 GT is the best video card in it's price range.

Thx for the input guys. Well i have e-mailed them to send me more information about the motherboard and such and such. I can get it built if i buy the parts seperately because i have a friend who can make it. I would prefer to buy it whole because i think it will be a whole lot easier for me.

You've gotta be joking, the 7600gt is probably the best price for performance ratio ever. It's a very decent budget card, and if that computer can take another, or I suppose A 1gig stick of ram, you;ve got yourself a very nice budget system
