Logitech X3D with twist handle.

$40 @ Best Buy.

I absolutely love it. The twist handle really comes in hander for pulling some tight maneuvers.

And for a control snidbit, program a couple of views into the toggle buttons ontop of the cyclic. I use button 3 for a rear view. Makes spotting enemy on your 6 a breeze. You can program the other ones in there for quick looks too. But I find I use the rear view most frequently.

Logitech Extreme 3D Pro here, it owns... I just suck :P

Alright ppl, I went to the store, and they didn't have the Extreme 3D Pro, yet they suggested me the Saitek Cyborg Evo. It costs a little bit more, but they said it's well worth it and provides much better performance than the Logitech.
So I can buy the Saitek today, and if I want the Logitech i'll have to wait a few days and wait for it to be in the stock.

Should I buy the Saitek or wait for the Logitech?

BTW, please answer ASAP, cuz my dad is waiting for an answer. He just works a few blocks from there :)
