i need a medic (need i fix for disk one to re-install)

the sticker (crome backing came off my install disk ) I need to reinstall everything again. I only need disk one. I have a original (no scratches on bottom, the lable is peeling off the top, and i cant install. any info or help would be great. I live in AUSTIN ,mn. thanks.

if u cant install...i think u can (not sure if legal) download the image files (*.iso, *.bin) or soemthing like that from bit torrent

they usually take a long time to dl (like 4+gigs) and u will need a program (i suggest daemon tools) to mount them, so its like having the actual cd on ur computer

What do you mean sticker? I thought that the graphics were printed onto the CD...

But anyway, the data is not stored on the graphic side, so why does it matter?

Anywho, you can get in contact with EA and get a new disk for a small fee.

thanks for info how can i get a iso file(and where) As to the "sticker" i can actualy see all the way through the disk (allthough no scratches are on the bottom side) the disk shows up as bf2 disk but dosnt load. i tried "painting" the bare spot,with nail polish no difference still not loading.
