Dual Monitor - BF2 on one; Vent on the other

Hey guys. I know that it's possible to run BF2 on one monitor and have other programs open on the second. I just can't figure out how. When I try, the second monitor display goes black.

I have an NVIDIA 7800 GS with one analog and one digital connection. I have a Gateway VX720 CRT and a Compaq MV520 CRT. One of the CRTs require an analog to digital connector.

Can anyone please give me some advice?

Here's a picture of someone doing it.

just make sure in nview dispay settings you have it set up for dual view then just open you other programmes like vent and drag it to second screen finally start bf2 and your sorted. I run dual screen with ts and bf2cc open on the second screen with no 3rd party programmes required. Its really handy for reviewing the chat log when I'm dead (which happens quite often) to make sure there is no abuse going on.

I have dual monitor set up and working, my issue is that while in the BF 2 screen, the mouse moves off the right side of the screen and onto my other monitor. How would I get it to stay within BF2? Or does it stay during gameplay? This could be an issue.

You cant, it is just a thing that happens during any game that you are using dual monitors for. You just got to watch out were you mouse is on the screen. During BF2 when i play with dual monitors the only time i can get my mouse on the other screen is when i am loading the map.
