Okay, i have not purchased bf2 yet, but im thinking about, but i doubt my stsem requirements match it for medium specifications.

-P4 @ 2.8GHz w/ Hyperthreading
-512 mb RAM
-ATi Radeon x300/x550 w/ 128 mb dedicated
-80 GB hard drive

yeah... all i can think of off the top of my head.. any ?'s i'll gladly answer, thx :)

You will definitely be playing on all low and probably only at 30 fps or so...

Texashulligan took some screenshots with his x200 onboard graphics in the middle of that page, but yours should perform slightly better than that.
