ATI or Geforce

Ok so with the recommondations I got with video cards it's either the

ATI 850 pro (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...anufacture=ATI)

ATI 800xt (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...anufacture=ATI)

Or the Gefroce 6800 (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...anufacture=XFX)

Which one would you get any why? Also does BF2 play better with Geforce of ATI?

And Finally, are there other Geforce cards equivalant to the ATI 850 or 800xt that are under $200?

none i would get this............... ATI sapphire Radeon X800GTO AGP I have it and i saw a HUGE difference it runs bf2 an all high its the best bang for the buck out there................ here is the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102042

plus u save alot of money this way so that u can upgrade ur RAM

its about the same as the other ones but i dont recommend it

i recommend looking at newegg first since they have pretty cheap prices

i also recommend looking through ebay since they have pretty low prices there

Nvidia, u get more out of BF2 since it runs best on the Nvidia GPU, and other games too

Second, I don't just make my suggestions on a whim, I do look up benches...

okay, here we see that the x850pro is similar in performance to the x800xl, just a tiny bit slower

and because I couldn't find any reviews directly comparing the x850pro to the 6800xt, we're just gonna have to use that information that the x850pro is very close to the x800xl in performance. So here's the x800xl and a 6800

like 70 dollars more expensive in canada wow but trust me i like ati customer service and helps alot more and i have had them for over 5 years and i am very happy with them so i say go with that.

That x800gto is worse than both the x850pro and the x800xt yet costs the same... I don't get why people just throw out card suggestions like that
