random freezes (Not in BF2!)

My computer will suddenly lock up for 1-2 seconds then its fine again, it will do that every about 45seconds-3minutes any ideas?

3800+
2x 1GB OCZ
ASUS A8N-E
Fortron FSP- 400W

Dont know if my bar thingy missing showing what it is missing has anyhting to do with it but yeah.

No i dont think its power supply i had this card working on 350watt psu a cheap one also. Did u scan for viruses,trojans,spywares. Are u sure nothing is overheating?

I checked my mobo during freezes it was at 40C and the CPU was at 36C

I have run AVG FREE, Defrag, System Mechanic, CCleaner
