hardware AA+AF works better on 512mb Gfx card

Ive been testing my settings for the past 2 months since ive goten my Ati X1900Xt 512mb card , thought id share what ive come up with . For some reason my game has been running liek crap since ive goten this card . Ive tryed everything to increase the Fps but to no luck .

I mean the card runs well dont get me wrong but i havnt been pleased untill the other day . I thought why not use hardware AA+AF for a change , so i turned off the ingame AA off and turned hardware 4xAA & 16xAF on & Cat Ai off. Right away i was getting higher Fps and i was blown away by how well it ran .

Since this game isnt ment to use 512mb im thinking that the card doesnt run at its best unless you use hardware . Id enjoy some feedback on this cuz im wondering if others notice the same thing. Thanks

errm...I think that's been known, not just for your cards, but for all in general.

When setting AA and AF, never use the ingame, but always do it in your video card control panel. You get better performance and quality.

Ya i used to run hardware back in the Bf42 days but used ingame on my old Ati X850XT 256mb. Guess i should have stuck to hardware all along lol.
