Ok i want somone to explain to me what is going on.
this is my system specs.
Pentium 4 processor 1.8 ghz
Radeon 9550
512 mg ddr ram
Sound blaster audigy
I have found out i have a 160 watt powersupply
and i was like 4months ago playing bf2 nonstop for 4 hours a day.

But now it wont work. ive tried everything. I was just wondering what somone could explain a 160 watt power supply could work for 4 months and not work now?

160 Watts... Your power supply was way over-worked and died.... Get at least a 400 to 450 watt or higher.

I have a spare comp that runs BF2 just fine on mostly low settings. I have a medium or two thrown in... textures, I believe. If I OC my video card, the PSU can't keep up. Stock it runs fine, though. Has since 2002.

Some of the Alienware PC's have 1400 watt supplies ... you could power a small house with that :P

You could get away with running a 350w Powersupply. But if you plan on upgrading your system in the future, Buy a nice 500-550w.

Who the f*** puts a 160 in any desktop computer?? Jesus even on a workstation the min should 250, I would never put anything less in. For a game system 500min.
