Can some one tell me how to find out my RAM speed ?

try google for cpu z. it can tell you alot about your pc including ram frequencies.

latency? erm, i never touch it though. i dont understand how to use it, gotta go through windows console etc. details in the readme file there.

IT'S TELLING MY TO BOOT INTO SAFE MODE, BUT WHEN I PRESS F8 IT DOESNT HAVE A OPTION FOR SAFE MODE ?

ANY IDEAS ?

drive cleaners? hmm, im not so sure about that, but i know there were some recent post in this forums for good drive cleaners. maybe the search will help.
