decent settings at most medium NO EYE CANDY
30fps in chopper but sometimes choppy
60 standing

I know I will more then likly not get any more fps but i just want bf2 to run alttle better and for the price I think this is my best option before DX ten

due you guys think I will gain a more stable gaming?

Dude, look at the cards he is looking at before you make a suggestion, there all AGP! PCIe the 7600GT is the best bang for the buck, or atleast it was, now for the same price you can get the 7900GT (sad fact, prices drop), because ATI is releaseing a 7950GX2 killer.

For AGP I frankly have no clue...I heard they have 78/7900GS cards, donno how good they are. XTX 6800 Xtreme looks nice, but what about this a 7 series if you dying to go XFX (damn sexy looking cards):

bond0079, the BFG 6800GS OC would be a better choice than those cards. Clocked higher (and significantly overclockable) with 12 pixel pipelines (the cards you listed only have 8 pipelines). It's also well within your budget range. I believe you can also unlock the pixel pipelines from 12 to 16 (same as 6800GT/Ultra). To give you an idea of performance expectations, I've a 6800GT AGP and run BF2 at 1280x1024 2xFSAA, 100% view distance and all high except dynamic shadows/lighting set to medium. The game looks great and fps is fine. An unlocked and overclocked 6800GS OC should give you about the same performance as a 6800GT. Left stock, it will still stomp over the 6600GT and those two cards you've listed.

When comparing the cards suggested I still find that the XFX 6800XT is the best and the price grabs me to it.
The BFG Card yes its nice but XFX card can do that no prob and its way over my budget I do not want to spend over 200 CAD
And i am sorry to say I do not trust EVGA I have owned 1 card from them
exchange, exchange, exchange, refund got a ASUS 6600 instead LOL So no EVGA Sorry
