    How will it perforM?

    I just ordered:

    AMD Athlon X2 4800+
    2GB RAM
    Nvidia Geforce 7900GT 256 MB PCI-Express
    320 GB, 7200 RPM HD

Will I be able to run EVERYTHING on HIGH? With no lag at all?

What do you think? Hell yeah..
*At least it seems but I don't know what you mean everything on High? I think you are probably saying 4XAA? You can set the AA higher trough your Driver Control Panel right.

That depends on your resolution, anti aliasing settings, and anisotropic filtering settings. You can definately set textures to high since you have 2GB ram. I don't think you'll have any problems though, that is a pretty fast machine. The only thing holding it back a little bit would be the video card. I would have gotten the GTX if you could have spared a couple extra hundred dollars.

I would like to have all high textures and stuff like that at least, and maybe some other stuff put on medium or high...resolution doesn't really matter too much to me, I don't even know what the reso on my current comp is (playing BF2)...

thanks for replies :) (sorry about that other thread, i posted this same thing 2 times, my bad)

I have a 7900GT and it in no way is held back. You will be fine with that. I get almost 4700 3dmark2006 with a A64 3200+. I dont run everything on high because you can not see some snipers sometimes, and i only have 1 gig or ram. However, with that being said at 4xaa i never go below 85 fps.
