The worst topic ever.. New mobo and new p.rocessor

Ok the deal Is I can't buy parts from newegg but I can buy them elsewhere since I live in the Netherlands..

I have a Dell PC but it's fitted with:

    2048MB DUAL CHANNEL DDR2 533MHZ (2X1024)
    320GB (2X160GB) 7200RPM SATA HARD DRIVE
    VIIV PD 820 PROCESSOR DUAL
I know my PSU is 375 watt :hmm:

The deal is I am going to change some things here I was planning on buying a new mobo since my current one is a standerd Dell one.. but do I have to change from processor? Or can it be fitted in also I'm planning on buying a PCI-E 7600GT (VERY VERY SOON..) Is there a mobo where these parts will fit in? I don't know a lot about PC's so help would be highly appreciated..

    Thank you.

You could probably get a standard ATX psu, see if you can contact Dell about it.
