well you didnt exactly give much detail,, is you current ram dual channel?, what socket is your sempron, as for the dual agp/pci-e i only know of one exsisting for Intel chips, not likely to find dual for socket A or 754, theres one for 939.

oh and AM2 might but you would need DDR2 ram so your a bit stuck

ASRock has been known to make weird boards like that that combine AGP and PCIe with varied memory.

Their dualVSTA line has AGP and PCIe on the same board as well as DDR support. Check this one out:

Didn't see where OP asked for a PCI-E slot, only PCI.
