    temp. question

    hi i just downloaded everest and my my cpu temp is at 32c and 96 degreesf is this good? also how do u check your ati card temp?

    amd athlon 643400+2.21ghz
    1.5gigs of ram
    ati x850xt PE 256 mb (agp)

          I thought everest had a thing for checking the temp of your GPU? Been a while since I've had it installed.

          Anyway, if it doesn't, just use ATI Tool and enable temperature display. Normal idle temp for that card should probably be... thinking 45-46c? Under load... maybe 74c? If it's getting really hot, you can use ATI Tool to override the default fan speed so you can speed it up to get better cooling.

              anything below 50C for a cpu is fine 50C + is bad
