The prices just dropped on ati's x800xt aiw. you get all the performance of an x800xt (500/1000mhz core/mem, 256-bit interface, 256MB gddr3), plus the ability to record cable (don't try broadcast, believe me), fm, vhs, camcorder, etc.
This is the most technologically advanced and versatile agp card ever made. I can play bf2 at medium/high at 1280x1024 with no hardware lag. Other games...the sky is the limit...except (I expect) Oblivion. It overclocks a little stock, with either of the coolers below and ramsinks (if you pick the AC) you can hit 540(core) and 1050-1100(mem) depending on your fresh air with below coolers.
Just thought I'd advertise a product that I'm pleased with. (the card can get loud--reccommend ati silencer 1 rev. 2 or zalman vf900)

P.S. Later, when you retire your agp system, drop it into a SFF pc, combined with this card, and make it a home theater PC. That's my plan, anyway.

I keep mine inside my case actually. I mean, guess I could take it out and put some platform shoes on it if the desire struck me.
