I was wondering, can the 7950 run dual montors, the reason im asking this is becuz Nvidia markets this as a Sli in one card" and i know you can run dual monitors on sli. So can you run dual monitors on a single 7950?

Nope, it can't. You can disable the internal sli though, and then it will be able to use two monitors.
