I am wanting to get a laptop so i need help to pick one.

Budget: <1200

Yes, do you want it for gaming? If you want a laptop for gaming, get prepared to spend some serious money. That laptop you linked to wouldnt even boot up BF2, much less play it at any decent framerate.

Gaming laptops are easily over 2000 $. So I'd stick to desktop unless the laptop is a necissity

That Toshiba looks actually pretty good. Only problems with laptops are cooling issues. But with a 7900 in it, its a good replacement for a desktop

Sorry the toshiba acually cost's 2000$ the guy in the review upgraded the parts
u can customize it in the following link (this is the cheaper version of the above and can only upgrade the video card to 7600,good luck )

ok so im customizing this p100 toshiba, and do i need a 7600gs w/128mb or 256? and also what cpu out of:celeron m 420 - the core duos and how much ram? 1gb or 2gb?

Do you really want to get a laptop or a desktop ? My opinion is that laptops arent really good for gaming. They are mostly for buisness work,college,essays etc. Depends on the laptop. The Toshiba looks like a good computer but like you mentioned that it costs $ 2000. If you really want a good gaming computer you will have to be willing to spend around $ 2000 on a laptop.

Better then most desktops. If you want to game on a computer, get a desktop, not a laptop
