BF2 wont start with gforce6800xtreme

I got this card because it was reccommended hereand everything about it was great.. Installed np oclocked it nicely,. Improved my 3d mark5 score 3 fold start bf2 and NOTHING. The splash screen comes up.. it goes black. flickers and returns to desktop.. I undid the oclock and still nothing.. everything else runs fine.. but I got it to play bf2!!!!!! Help pls

an AMD Althlon sp 2400+ cpu @1.99ghz and 1.5 gb ram

not digitally signed

Try deleting C:\Documents and Settings\Greg\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\0001\Video.con

tnks but that didnt work I also updated the drivers to 6/1/06 9.1.3.1 and theyre dig signed to MS and the same thing happens
