The prices at NewEgg are wrong!

Click the link for the e6400 @$399 and it becomes $299 once inside :) These are still much higher than the projected prices...but not as bad as it seemed.

well after a day of complaints and threats of lost business newegg dropped the e6300 down to $250 still overpriced imo but it looks realistic. price should drop more in a couple of weeks.

hmm i was gonna buy a cheapish upgrade for my other machine (cpu/mobo/ram, can keep the rest) was gonna be something around £175 guess ill look for where you got that E6600 and use that cpu instead

edit; ahh you fibbing about the real price, £252 for the E6600 inc vat, unless you have a traders account :p
