    Lookin for a case

Well I just got this (http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...3506_Minitower) and the case really just blows. I was wondering what kind of case would fit the mobo and everything else. Is it an atx or micro atx?

    Thanks

What kind of mobo do you have right now? A good inexpensive case for ATX mobos is the RAIDMAX Sagitta ATX-921WBP

Im not sure what motherboard it is since I bought it already built.

Edit- I posted on another computer forum and people say it is an micro atx board. Also, they said a micro board can also fit in a regular atx case.

I highly doubt bestbuy will have any good cases because their stores are all about media....a local microcenter will do, but those microATX cases look fine...sniper have you seen microATX pcs? Shuttles and such all look like that...

and btw, it's HIS choice....those cases look kick-*** too, nice taste:p

Ya can't do better than a Sonata II, imho:

High quality, slick-looking case, easy cable management, great drive layout, sound dampening design, 2x120mm fans, AND a high-quality 450W Antec PSU situated at the BOTTOM of the case, where heat from the CPU won't make its fans run like a tornado can all be yours for the low, low price of only $109.

I'm still using my Sonata I, although the 380W psu is getting a little long in the tooth. When I have to, I'm going to buy a Sonata III (fingers crossed that the p180's aren't ALL I HAVE LEFT to choose from). Don't get me wrong--they aren't ugly, they're just too expensive and they need a little TLC to make them as quiet as the Sonata's from what I've read.

The power supply is probably not too great. I didn't see any specifics on it. It might be adequate, but you are taking some risk plugging your pc into a psu pushing 430W that may share too many conductive/resistive electrical properties with a cow turd.

On the other hand, you can get a replacement cow turd free of charge from your local field if your 430W psu sizzles your computer.

General rule of thumb with a case/psu combo like that is to bin the psu, and get a decent one (unless it has a decent psu to begin with, something like the Sonata above).

Another thing to consider is what kind of airflow the will have. That one one you linked to should be ok, seeing as it will take two 120 mm fans (one front and one rear) and one 80 mm on the side). One more thing is that it doesn't come with the fans, so you will have to add those into the final cost as well.
