refirbished video card ?

hi i was just woderering if buyin a refirbished card is safe or not instead of paying 300 i couuld get a ati x850xt for 130 on this website mwave.com please look it up and tell me what u think type in the name of the card(x850xt) thanks

Its got a warranty on it, so if it worked out of the box and you dont overclock it, it should provide you with many years of service.

thats ebay...and theres still a good 6 hours left...most of the bids come in the last 10 minutes

Mainly true for eBay, but that seller lists the same cards all the time. If you keep your eyes on his auctions, you often pick them up at the starting bid price (I've bought half a dozen cards off him that way). See for youself, look at his listings, watch the ones ending soonest, and you'll see some of them get none or 1 bid only.
