Sound Recording?!?

I'm making a movie with fraps, and I tried recording with sound for the first time in a long time (I used to always record sound with the video, but then I stopped due to the drop in framerate).

Anywase I clicked the record sound, started recording - and it doesn't work!

Can anyone help me out here ?

Do you have multiple sound devices on your computer? (Like onboard and a discreet sound card) If so, you may have to disable the one you don't use... I wish FRAPs would just let you choose from a list what sound input to use instead of using its automatic detector thing.

As far as I know I only have an onboard sound card :hmm:.
