Graphics Card?

Okay, so the other day I played BF2 at a friends and he had an awesome graphics card and I realized that BF2 has sweet graphics so I was just wondering what graphics card do I need to have BF2 running in the highest setting but also I need it to be fairly cheap?

At the moment I have a GeForce FX 5200 and when I tried to play BF2 on a local server with the highest graphics my computer crashed and I got a cpu fan fail, so is this my graphics card screwing my computer up or do I need to buy something else aswe

A 6800gs/gt or higher...or 7k series, 7600gt+

An x800pro/xl or higher...or x1x series, x1600pro/xt+

2048mb ram for HIGH Textures...otherwise MEDIUM is best, everything else HIGH with the above cards.

Keeping in mind he needs an AGP card, I think the x800gto would be the best choice. Unless you want to spend tons of money on the 7800gs.

what he said it a 7600 will get u good performance graphics and plus it is cheap

i dont believe bf2 supports nvidia 5200. anyway, thats too low end to have anything other than low settings.
