can some body tell me why i keep getting this message all the time my comp is not slowing down or anything it just pops up do i need new drivers or something the message is something like nvidia power warning or something it sais its not receving sufficiant power aso they have lowerd my graphics for safer use i have read it up sum say its down to drivers

Have you made sure you plugged the extra power connector in on you card? What card?

Yea sounds like your PSU is too small or how MonkMachine said to plug in the molex connector to your card ( if you have one on your card), if not, plug it into the motherboard.

me and my dad opend up my comp and there is no where to plug it in on card i h ave a geforce 6600 pci-e gtoc

Is there a spot on your motherboard thats like a white 2x2 connector thing roughly near your processor?

What is your power supply wattage, like 250 watts, 300 watts. Also has the card ever worked for you, or is it just a recent thing. Also try not to run on with your sentences, hard to follow. Also try to list any other specs you know, like the CPU, P4 2.4, or an athlon 3000+ and so on.
