Im wondering all of the advantages summed in bullet points from people who have this keyboard, I was also looking at the Saitek eclipse but the G15 looks pretty good since it has a LCD screen etc, what else can you do with it, benefits etc.

Re: Logitech G15
Main things would be:
*LCD Screen
*All the extra buttons on the left side
*Different profiles for all those buttons (M1,M2,M3 modes)
*Music controls (Volume, Pause,Next, etc)
*Cool blue light
Only bad thing I've had was the keys wearing out.
WASD have more or less worn out

Re: Logitech G15
ive had mine for four months now and it hasnt worn out a bit, and if it does, logitech replaces the keys for free. And also, if you think the G15 is to expensive, you could look into the G11, which is basically the same exact keyboard, just no lcd. Im not sure if its released though....
Anyway, back to benefits. If you use teamspeak, there is a very nice TS app for the screen, there is a pretty cool BF2 app for the screen, fraps has an app for the screen out, and logi has a whole bunch of cool tools for it. And did i mention that it looks freakin amazing?:)

Re: Logitech G15
I have the G15 and I will swear by it. I've had it for about 4 - 5 months with no problems. No fading, no nothing. The keyboard is awesome, it has 2 USB outlets on the front of it, one for my mouse and the other for my saitek JS. The LCD screen is great, it monitors my emails, Ventrilo, CPU Temp, RAM Usage, etc. Then you have the macro keys that you can program for anything, I have M1 for all desktop applications, M2 and M3 are used for various games. M1, M2, M3 have about 20 buttons (I think--I'm at work so I dunno) each for customizing. Giving you a total of around 60 macro keys.
On top of that the keyboard is illuminated which looks fantastic with my blue razer copperhead. It also has a "Start Menu" disabler button. Which means while your playing a game you can hit this button and if you accidentally hit the "Start Menu" button on the keyboard it will not bring you to desktop.
It also has a forearm rest which is removable. I have yet to see someone dissatisfied by this keyboard.
One con is the size, it's a little bigger then most keyboards, so if you have a small desk you might be screwed.
