Does anyone know where I can get the code for a cron job to check my server every hour to see if it running and if not start the server without me having to SSH into my host to do it?

I can't run bf2cc on my host. They will not instal mono for my on my linux box. I just need something to check to see if it is running and if it's not then it will issue the command to start the process in the background using a command like screen ./start.sh.
If anyone can do this or have one please post!
