How much farther do you think I can push this card?

I have my NV44 6200 stock 350/400 at 370/505. Memory won't go any farther but I'm not sure about the core. I haven't tested it at a higher clock rate than 370 (afraid maybe ). I'm not really worried about frying this card because it only costs US$25 (bought it for $130).

How much farther do you think I can push this thing?

Heavily depends (within reason) on how cool you can keep it. Take it up in slow, incremental steps and you should start to see artifacts well before you get to the "frying" point. You should adjust the memory speed first, and find the max stable frequency, then adjust the core speed to find the max stable frequency. Reduce both those values by 15-20% for both, and see if it's stable. If so, then increase both the the mem and core speed up a bit until you start getting artifacts.

That would be the safe way to do it.
