When you say make, do you mean like eVga, BFG etc?
    Or do you mean 7900GTX, 7900GT 7900GS

      Best ratings, reviews

      Cheapest

      ____

To be honest they cost tons...

Have you considered one of these (7900 GT)?

I would go with any evga, XFX, or BFG one. There are some factory overclocked cards, but I would just save some bucks and get the cheapest one, and overclock it yourself. Personally, I would go with evga, as there are some problems running around with the 7900 series, and eVGA has the absolute best support. And they have the step-up program and the best warranty (lets you change the cooling and overclock without voiding). And they have some pretty competitive prices.

eVGA is good, I needed support on my 7800gt and the director of the support team gave me a call 10min after I posted in the forums.

Heh, spend $400+ and then have it obsolete in 3 months with DX10.

When DX10 comes out it WILL NOT make older cards obsolete what do people think game companys are going to cut off 99% of there customer base by creating DX10 games NO games will probily still be DX9 for awhile still DX10 games probily wont show up for another 1-2 years!

Yes, the next generation would be able to use DX10, but it will also be significantly faster even in DX9. The ultra-highend card of a next generation usually makes the past ultra-highend card look like a mid-end card.

You missed his point, hes saying that DX10 will not completely take over until a couple of more years.

I thought he said that the DX10 cards wouldn't make previous cards obsolete, and I made the point that new generations of GPU's usually do make older cards somewhat obsolete.
