Routers/Access Points

Basically I have 2 USR Wireless Routers USR9106, 1 is downstairs connected to the Internet and my main gateway, but i want to have another connection upstairs to act as a booster because it wont reach, too many solid walls etc.

So a few Q's

Is it possible to have 2 identical Routers connected to the same ADSL ISP Account? (proberly a dumb Q :p)

Can you setup one of the routers to act as an Access Point if so how?
I've played around with the configurations on it and it just wont let me connect to it, even tho i have the settings correct as the otherone bar the fact its not hooked up to the ISP.

I'm just seeing if i can pull it off with what i have instead of buying something to do the job as its designed for this particular purpose.

Wireless is the future...but the future is pretty bleak. I use wire, simply because its ultra-freaking-awesomely fast. I helped my dad drill some holes to completely network in the entire house.

Yes, you can use multiple routers off of one ISP account, but each router you add will slow down your connection speed, even if its unnoticable to you.

Also, I am not sure, not having dealt with that particular type of router, but Im not sure if you can configure it to connect to another wireless connection and still provide another. You would most likely have to run some CAT5/5e/6/etc from the downstairs one to the upstairs router.
