Which upgrade would be better...?

My 9800 XT 256MB AGP card ---> X800 GTO 256MB AGP card

or

My 1 Gigabyte Corsair Valueselect PC3200 Ram---> 2 Gigabyte Corsair Valueselect Ram.


I don't want to get both because I plan to upgrade to a PCI-E system later on.

1gb should be enough others will agree to disagree.. so perhaps then the X800
