I would wait until Conroe is released, and also buy a less expensive video card like a 7600gt then get a high end DX10. Also, to me, i think the black P180 case looks better. The silver one looks to much like a refrigerator:) And also, get the Logitech G5 instead, optical is old tech now

EDIT: and just for the record, its not very smart to plan far ahead for a computer to build, because then you end up buying things like S939 and DDR ram

I got too excited and bought a custom pc 2 fast, Now there is a 7900GT $30 more then what I payed for my 7800GT my best advice is to do research see whats coming out and wait.

I agree with bobsuruncle and the rest of the crowd. Wait and either:

1) Buy Conroe

2) Buy an Athlon x2 after Conroe's release has further raped their asking prices.
