Widescreen Help

Hello, i'm thinking about geting a widescreen moniter.
What I would like to know is will my card run it with high settings on any game i try to play.

I have a 7600 GT OC
1500 GB of ram
2.5 Ghz

will I see a big diffrence in the picture? I manly play Bf2 and I do know it has no widescreen support, but im not to woried about that. I play a lot of other games and watch a LOT of movies on my computer?

I also wanted to know if anyone knows if BF2142 will support widescreen.

Edit: I was also wondering about how tall is the screen going to be, The screen i have now is 10 1/2 inches tall

since they are both LCD monitors, i dont think that you'll see a big difference in picture quality, just size

Ill bet that the vx2025 has better screen quality, due to it being higher quality screen, better contrast ratio, and you will be using dvi instead of vga.
I hope bf2142 will support widescreen natively, because if they didnt, that qould just show how even more inconsiderate EA and Dice are. Theres no reason why BF2 doesnt right now, because there are some games that came out a year before BF2, and they support widescreen. it aint no big deezy anyway, because you can force the resolution in the .exe properties.
And about the screen height, its kind of a dissapointment when you see the screen upclose, but it makes up for it in how wide it is.
